LPN Supervisor AHMG Diabetes and Endocrinology at Orlando

An LPN Supervisor role at AdventHealth Medical Group's Diabetes and Endocrinology practice, located at 2415 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm. ### What you'll do - Supervise clinical staff (excluding RNs), including participation in hiring, employee discipline, and required supervisor training - Deliver comprehensive patient care during office visits: intake, labs, medication administration, screenings, and care-gap closure - Lead billing and coding issue resolution at the practice level - Manage PSQA/Care Gap Closure Scores and ensure all clinical and office licensures remain current - Enforce OSHA regulations and office compliance protocols; follow safety processes to ensure appropriate patient care - Mentor staff and provide educational resources; maintain personal clinical competencies twice per year ### What we're looking for - Active Florida LPN license (required) - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience - BLS/CPR certification (required) - Graduate of an approved School of Practical/Vocational Nursing - EMR superuser proficiency and familiarity with PCMH standards and quality metrics - Knowledge of chronic disease management and experience in patient advocacy within complex care systems ### What's included - Compensation range: $20.97–$38.99/hr ($43,618–$81,099 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Diabetes and Endocrinology at Orlando is an outpatient specialty practice serving patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders in the greater Orlando area.
