About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time night-shift Patient Care Technician (PCT) at its hospital in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Perform patient care treatments per policy, adapted to patient age, mobility, acuity, and cultural needs.
- Assist registered nurses in delivering bedside care and identifying patient needs on an acute care unit.
- Document and report all procedures, nursing history observations, and abnormalities to the supervising RN.
- Follow isolation protocols, demonstrate proper use of PPE, and enforce safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Function appropriately during clinical emergencies and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team throughout each shift.
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Active CNA or CPCT/A certification (required).
- 1+ year of PCT experience in an acute care setting (preferred).
- Previous experience as a unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent bedside role (preferred).
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and continuously upgrade clinical skills.

- Pay range: $19.19–$30.71/hour (~$39,915–$63,877 annualized).
