AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department in Zephyrhills, Florida, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, following established safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Perform accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (Cerner/EPIC). - Apply EKG interpretation skills and critical thinking in a fast-paced emergency care environment. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida — required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred. - Current BLS/CPR certification required. - CEN, TNCC, or critical care certification preferred. - Experience in a specialty or critical care area preferred. - Proficiency in EKG interpretation; familiarity with Cerner or EPIC EMR preferred. ### What's included - $15,000 sign-on bonus. - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day 1. - Paid Time Off from Day 1. - 403(b) retirement plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a faith-based, community hospital located in Pasco County, Florida, operating as part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the United States.
