AdventHealth South Overland Park is hiring a full-time Night Shift House Administrator Supervisor for its Emergency Department in Overland Park, Kansas.
### What you'll do
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of hospital personnel and resources during night hours
- Conduct regular rounds to identify operational issues and facilitate timely resolution
- Reassign staff across units to optimize skills and balance workloads
- Coordinate and facilitate resources in response to unanticipated hospital situations
- Review, interpret, and apply hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with nursing leaders and attend management meetings to resolve problems and plan operations
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor, charge nurse, or comparable nursing leadership experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in nursing computer applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
