An Emergency Department RN (Contract, Nights) role is open at AdventHealth Fruitland Park ER in Fruitland Park, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform thorough, ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans aligned with interdisciplinary goals.
- Collect and document patient health data systematically and in a timely manner.
- Implement care plan interventions safely and accurately, documenting all actions taken.
- Apply critical thinking skills appropriate to each patient's acuity level.
- Collaborate with the care team to support timely patient admission, discharge, and transfer per hospital policy.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- Strong abstract reasoning skills to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise care plans based on outcomes.
- Basic computer proficiency and fluency in written and spoken English.

- Contract rate of $63/hour on night shifts (36 hours/week).
