About this role

A full-time Respiratory Therapist role at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida, providing direct respiratory care across inpatient units on a day-shift schedule (three 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM). ### What you'll do - Initiate, maintain, transport, and monitor mechanical ventilators using conventional ventilation modes per policy - Obtain, analyze, and report arterial blood gas and co-oximetry findings; perform quality control as required - Perform airway maintenance including manual resuscitation, oral/nasal pharyngeal airway insertion, and suctioning - Respond immediately to Code Blue emergencies and deliver CPR per American Heart Association protocol - Interpret evaluations and test results to develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team - Administer respiratory and oxygen delivery therapies, recommending the most efficient delivery method per protocol ### What we're looking for - Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science (required) - Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license (required) - BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications (all required) - 1+ year of critical care experience (preferred) - Ability to interpret clinical data and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team ### What's included - Pay range: $23.71–$44.09/hour (~$49,316–$91,707 annualized) - Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 - Relocation assistance up to $5,000 - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
