About this role
AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time night-shift ICU Registered Nurse at its Denver, Colorado hospital, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and ensuring protocol compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain clear communication across the team.
- Respond promptly to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required); EKG competency per unit requirements.
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills for high-acuity patient management.
- Proficiency in English (verbal, written, and reading) and basic computer navigation.

- Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hour (~$71,261–$123,219 annualized).
