About this role
AdventHealth Riverview is hiring a StaffFlex contract ICU Registered Nurse for night shifts at its Riverview, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Deliver coordinated, competent nursing care to an assigned group of ICU patients on a 6:45 PM–7:15 AM night shift, 36 hours per week
- Perform thorough, ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care aligned with interdisciplinary goals
- Implement plan-of-care interventions safely and timely, documenting all actions taken
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel using professional judgment and discretion
- Facilitate patient admission, discharge, and transfer in accordance with hospital policy to support timely patient placement
- Collect and document patient health data systematically throughout the shift
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification
- Strong abstract reasoning skills to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise care plans based on outcomes

- Competitive premium pay rate of $50.40/hour ($104,832 annualized at 36 hrs/week)
