AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for inpatient care at its hospital in Parker, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive physiological, psychological, and sociocultural patient assessments to guide individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and adjusting interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies to support recovery and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain effective communication across the team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
- Respond to code situations promptly, providing stabilizing interventions and supervising delegated care for quality and efficiency
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and clinical problem-solving skills
- Additional specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, NRP, ONS, SCRN, etc.) valued depending on assigned unit

- Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr (~$71,261–$123,219 annualized)
