About this role
AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Cardiovascular ICU at the Memorial Medical Parkway campus in Daytona Beach, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, and sociocultural factors and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor for adverse reactions, and adjust interventions based on patient response.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain clear, timely documentation in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care strategies to support understanding and compliance.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing interventions to stabilize patients in a cardiovascular critical care environment.
- Supervise and delegate care to team members while participating in performance improvement and professional development activities.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required at time of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- EKG interpretation ability per unit requirements.
- CCNS or CCRN-E certification preferred; additional certifications such as TNCC a plus.

- Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (annualized approximately $65,582–$108,659).
