About this role

AdventHealth Kissimmee is hiring a full-time Medical and Vascular Ultrasound Technologist for night shifts (Thursday–Saturday, 7p–7:30a) at its Kissimmee, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Perform a full range of diagnostic and vascular ultrasound procedures, adapting protocols to each patient's clinical situation - Confirm patient identity using two identifiers prior to every exam and document all procedures per departmental policy - Review images, complete ultrasound worksheets and reports promptly, and re-scan patients when requested - Communicate abnormal findings to the multidisciplinary team, including direct physician notification - Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in compliance with infection control standards - Serve as a clinical resource to less experienced staff and contribute to performance improvement initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active RVT, RT(VS)(ARRT), RVS, or RDMS credential (required) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - 2+ years of experience in vascular sonography (preferred) - Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) - Proficiency with hospital computer systems for order management and charge capture ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hr ($59,654–$110,968 annualized) - $7,500 sign-on bonus - $1,500 relocation bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Kissimmee is a full-service hospital on North Orange Blossom Trail serving the greater Kissimmee and Central Florida region as part of the AdventHealth system.
