LPN Clinical Research Assistant Night

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time LPN Clinical Research Assistant for night/weekend shifts at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assist in recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants per protocol criteria - Collect and process biological samples, including blood draws and peripheral IV insertions, and administer study medications while monitoring for adverse reactions - Record and maintain accurate data in case report forms and electronic databases - Monitor and report protocol deviations and adverse events to the principal investigator - Coordinate and schedule study visits and follow-ups with participants - Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required - BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required - General knowledge of endocrine and metabolic disease processes - Ability to perform phlebotomy and peripheral IV line insertion - Experience in a clinical or translational research environment preferred ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $20.38–$32.60 (approximately $42,390–$67,808 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with the Orlando flagship campus serving as a major academic and research hub.
