About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a Graduate Medical Education Residency Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a residency program office at its Orlando, Florida campus (Ginsburg Tower).
### What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of board preparation, including scheduling, materials, and resource coordination for residents and fellows.
- Serve as the primary GME administrative liaison between the clinical teaching site and the sponsoring institution's GME office.
- Coordinate human resource activities for residents and faculty, covering orientation, contracting, progressive discipline, and graduation.
- Orient new residents and fellows, ensuring access to required training resources and maintaining program records.
- Act as the subject matter expert on ACGME accreditation standards and institutional policies for the Program Director, faculty, and staff.
- Oversee financial tracking of program expenses using budgeting tools and financial software.
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, education, or a related field (or equivalent combination: Associate's degree + 2 years experience, or high school diploma + 4 years experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ERAS software.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ACGME and other regulatory body accreditation requirements (preferred).
- C-TAGME certification (preferred).
