About this role

AdventHealth South Orlando is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Operating Room on night shift (3×12s) in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Lead nursing staff on the OR night shift in the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care - Drive performance improvement initiatives specific to the OR unit - Apply critical thinking to unit operations, patient care challenges, and staffing decisions - Manage unit-level financial and productivity practices, including budget oversight - Mentor team members on technology and clinical workflows used in the OR - Perform and oversee venous access procedures and infusion therapy as needed within RN scope ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required - BLS and ACLS certifications — required - Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred - 1+ year of charge nurse or relevant nursing leadership experience — preferred - 1+ year of acute care nursing experience — preferred - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage unit-level operations ### What's included - Pay range: $33.99–$63.22/hr (~$70,699–$131,498 annualized) - $12,500 sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment - $3,000 relocation bonus - $7,500 referral bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth South Orlando is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
