About this role

An ICU/PCU Registered Nurse (nights) role at AdventHealth Sebring in Sebring, Florida, delivering critical and progressive care across a faith-mission health system. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, following patient safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established critical care protocols and skills. - Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in real time within the EMR. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - Prior PCU or ICU experience expected. - Current BLS/CPR certification required. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff in a high-acuity environment. - Commitment to infection control standards and regulatory compliance. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized). - Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible). - Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (if eligible). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is a full-service community hospital located in Sebring, Florida, operating under the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based, not-for-profit health systems in the United States.
