About this role
AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Cardiopulmonary Days team in Rome, Georgia, working 12-hour day shifts on a rotating weekend schedule.
### What you'll do
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, adhering to safety protocols.
- Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and revise care plans as clinical status changes.
- Communicate assessment findings and care updates to patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance unit-level nursing practices.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.

- $15,000 sign-on bonus.
- Hourly pay range: $31.44–$54.92 (annualized ~$65,395–$114,234).
