AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time RN for the Med-Surg/Neuro unit on the day shift in Rome, Georgia.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including observation, physical examination, and history-gathering to identify physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, SMART-goal-based care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer oral, intravenous, and intramuscular medications and perform procedures including wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatments, self-care, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
- Serve as a patient advocate, acting as liaison between patients and the healthcare system to protect rights, confidentiality, and access to resources.
### What we're looking for
- Active RN license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- 1+ year of prior hospital or acute care nursing experience (preferred).
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr (~$65,395–$114,234 annualized).
- $20,000 sign-on bonus.
