About this role

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time ICU Medical RN for a weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday, 7am–7pm) at their acute care hospital in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Formulate and document individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, adhering to established safety protocols. - Continuously assess and reassess patient status, revising diagnoses and care plans as clinical needs evolve. - Communicate findings and updates to physicians, staff, and families to ensure coordinated, uninterrupted care. - Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans to support understanding and adherence. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a patient advocate throughout the care continuum. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (or compact eligibility). - Associate of Nursing required; Bachelor of Nursing preferred. - BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of hire. - PALS certification preferred. - 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred. ### What's included - $20,000 sign-on bonus. - Pay range $31.44–$54.92/hr ($65,395–$114,234 annualized). - Up to 20% base-pay differential tied to education and certification advancement. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan and whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-based acute care hospital in Rome, Georgia, operating as part of the AdventHealth system.
