About this role
AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time night-shift ICU RN for its medical intensive care unit in Rome, Georgia.
### What you'll do
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, maintaining patient safety throughout each shift.
- Continuously assess patient progress toward outcomes, revising care plans as clinical status evolves.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families to maintain care continuity across the 7 pm–7 am shift.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and discharge plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance unit-level nursing practice.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 3 × 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr (~$65,395–$114,234 annualized).
