About this role

AdventHealth Gordon is hiring a full-time night-shift ICU RN at its Calhoun, Georgia campus, working 7p–7a on a 3×12 schedule with rotating weekends. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions, prioritizing care needs based on physical, psychosocial, and clinical findings. - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. - Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with established clinical policies. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge planning, and self-care to support recovery. - Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in real time to ensure care continuity. - Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred. - BLS/CPR certification — required. - 1+ year of hospital or acute care nursing experience — preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr (approximately $65,395–$114,234 annualized). - $15,000 sign-on bonus. - Up to 20% differential on total base pay tied to education and certification advancement. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Gordon is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with facilities across the United States.
