Flamingo Crossing ER Senior Manager Nursing

AdventHealth is seeking a Senior Manager of Nursing for the Emergency Department at Flamingo Crossings in Winter Garden, Florida. ### What you'll do - Oversee staff performance, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes for the ER nursing unit - Manage department budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation in alignment with healthcare finance principles - Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practice changes - Mentor and develop nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical practice models and organizational policies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvement programs - Utilize critical thinking and technology to support operational decision-making and enhance patient care outcomes ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license [Required] - Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Required]; Master of Science in Nursing [Preferred] - 2+ years of acute care clinical experience [Required] - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required] - Demonstrated competency in human resource management, financial management, and performance improvement leadership - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ### What's included - Compensation range: $85,530 – $159,090 annually - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and mental health support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving communities across the United States with a mission centered on whole-person care.
