About this role
AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for an acute care inpatient position at its Celebration, Florida hospital, with international visa sponsorship available.
### What you'll do
- Evaluate and update the nursing plan of care, setting and achieving patient goals based on assessment and diagnosis
- Administer medications in adherence with safety policies and document accurately in the electronic medical record
- Communicate patient responses to the medical nursing plan with physicians and team members
- Assist providers with bedside procedures and maintain unit-specific clinical competency
- Follow CDC isolation and hand-hygiene guidelines to uphold safe practice
- Participate in performance improvement activities and support quality standards
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and verbal communication skills
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications preferred
- Demonstrated critical thinking and team collaboration abilities

- Compensation: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized)
