### What you'll do
- Schedule patients for medical office visit appointments across designated service lines and specialties
- Register new patients by entering demographic and insurance information into the EHR and online scheduling systems
- Verify and update patient data and insurance information to support accurate billing
- Transfer callers to the appropriate department or location as needed
- Fill cancellation slots efficiently to maintain fully booked practitioner schedules
- Handle patient concerns or escalate to administration when appropriate
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Certification in effective scheduling of designated service lines and specialties required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting preferred; EHR knowledge preferred
