About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room on night shift at its Parker, Colorado campus. ### What you'll do - Lead and coordinate daily OR unit operations during the night shift, directing and prioritizing activities to meet patient care and staffing needs. - Ensure appropriate case assignments and verify that staff skill mix supports safe surgical patient care. - Participate in interviewing and selecting new staff; provide performance feedback and recommendations to management. - Conduct documentation, patient charge, and outcomes audits; resolve patient complaints and serve as liaison to the multidisciplinary care team. - Monitor supply usage and unit costs to support fiscal accountability and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado. - Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Proficiency with Electronic Health Records preferred. - RN leadership experience preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $35.04–$65.17/hr ($72,883–$135,554 annualized). - $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. - Relocation assistance available to eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan and career development resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
