About this role
AdventHealth is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its Urology practice at Asheville Urological Associates in Asheville, North Carolina.
### What you'll do
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, providing educational resources, scheduling, and workflow assignments to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, conduct patient interviews, and accurately document findings in the medical record.
- Ensure labs, reports, and supporting documentation are available in charts prior to each appointment.
- Provide patient education and procedure instructions as directed by the provider; obtain and manage treatment consents per guidelines.
- Oversee exam room stocking, equipment maintenance, and sterilization to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Supervise required logs and regulatory compliance checks; collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and front-office teams to meet all practice standards.
### What we're looking for
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (required).
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
- Minimum 2 years of medical office experience.
- Minimum 2 years of computer proficiency in a clinical or administrative setting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and take appropriate action in urgent or emergency situations.
