About this role
AdventHealth Home Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Contact Center in Fletcher, North Carolina.
### What you'll do
- Contribute to the overall patient experience through professional, timely telephone communication.
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers across clinical and scheduling teams.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate actively with the Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
- Monitor and adhere to metrics-based performance standards in a contact center environment.
- Utilize electronic medical records and internet-based applications to document and coordinate care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems and internet-based applications.
- Call center or clinic telephony experience preferred.

The contact center operates Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, offering a consistent daytime schedule.
