Paramedic

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time Paramedic for night-shift transport and emergency care at its Palm Coast, Florida facility (60 Memorial Medical Pkwy). ### What you'll do - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during emergency and non-emergency transports per department policies - Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and treatments to dispatch and receiving care teams - Operate emergency vehicles safely across varied weather and high-acuity conditions, reporting delays and vehicle issues promptly - Inspect, maintain, and inventory equipment, medications, and supplies each shift to keep the unit in continuous readiness - Educate patients and family members on illnesses and clinical interventions during transport - Ensure patient documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant at all times ### What we're looking for - Florida Licensed Paramedic (PARA) — required - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — required - CEVO or EVOC certification — required - Valid Driver's License — required; CDL preferred - Minimum 1 year of patient care experience — required - Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) certification — preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $21.56–$40.09/hr (~$44,845–$83,387 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Palm Coast is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
