About this role
AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time Paramedic for night-shift transport and emergency care at its Palm Coast, Florida facility (60 Memorial Medical Pkwy).
### What you'll do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during emergency and non-emergency transports per department policies
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and treatments to dispatch and receiving care teams
- Operate emergency vehicles safely across varied weather and high-acuity conditions, reporting delays and vehicle issues promptly
- Inspect, maintain, and inventory equipment, medications, and supplies each shift to keep the unit in continuous readiness
- Educate patients and family members on illnesses and clinical interventions during transport
- Ensure patient documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant at all times
### What we're looking for
- Florida Licensed Paramedic (PARA) — required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications — required
- CEVO or EVOC certification — required
- Valid Driver's License — required; CDL preferred
- Minimum 1 year of patient care experience — required
- Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) certification — preferred

The Palm Coast campus provides acute and emergency services to the Flagler County community. This position works a 12-hour night Pitman rotation (2000–0800) with weekend coverage.
