About this role

A Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician supports children in an Early Learning Inclusion Program at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. ### What you'll do - Collaborate with physical, occupational, speech-language, and music therapists, early childhood special educators, and a BCBA to deliver coordinated care. - Organize and maintain data and individualized program plans for each child on a daily basis. - Work alongside leadership and social workers to identify individual child and family needs and connect families with community resources. - Train and educate students, interns, volunteers, and family members in program methods and expectations. - Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized classroom and shared spaces. - Build professional working relationships with co-workers by providing collaborative support across team duties. ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum 1 year of position-related experience required. - Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office required. - Conversational English (read, write, speak) required. - Entry-level competency in behavior analytic practice with young children preferred. - RBT certification, CPR/AED, First Aid, and NonViolent Crisis Intervention training preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $16.89–$27.03/hour ($35,131–$56,222 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off beginning Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving the Kansas City metro area with a mission centered on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
