About this role

A Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a full-time outpatient pediatric therapy role with AdventHealth across multiple East Orlando–area clinic locations in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform speech-language evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for pediatric patients across four outpatient clinic sites - Establish, implement, and adapt treatment plans including goal setting, therapy activities, and visit frequency - Supervise and oversee care provided by therapy aides in accordance with regulatory and practice standards - Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately using measurable, objective language in the EMR - Identify patient and caregiver education needs and deliver teaching with appropriate documentation - Participate in community events and educational outreach as an extension of clinical expertise ### What we're looking for - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) - Active Florida SLP license, SLP-Provisional, or SLP-Temporary licensure (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite - Pediatric clinical experience (preferred) - Food therapy experience (preferred); bilingual Spanish a plus ### What's included - Hourly pay range $31.55–$58.69 (~$65,624–$122,075 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across nine states with a mission centered on whole-person care—body, mind, and spirit. Clinicians work a 4×10 or 5×8 schedule with daytime hours and float coverage across the clinic network.
