About this role

AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room Transplant service line at its Denver, Colorado hospital, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and specialty incentive pay. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for transplant surgical patients. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary OR team to implement and maintain continuous, coordinated patient care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with prescribed OR protocols. - Monitor patient progress throughout the perioperative period and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes. - Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient care activities in the electronic medical record. - Operate and maintain safe knowledge of OR equipment including IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, and I-STAT devices. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred. - 1+ year of medical-surgical experience — required. - BLS/CPR certification — required. - 1+ year of surgical experience and CNOR certification — preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and take direction from physicians and management. ### What's included - Pay range: $35.04–$65.17/hr ($72,883–$135,554 annualized), plus $7.75/hr specialty incentive pay. - $15,000 sign-on bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance — all effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Porter is a full-service hospital located in Denver, Colorado, part of the AdventHealth system — a faith-based, nonprofit health network operating across multiple states.
