AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time Operating Room RN specializing in Neuro/Spine for their surgical unit in Denver, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Perform scrub and circulating duties for neuro and spine surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile field throughout.
- Assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per prescribed protocols, including IVs, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Monitor and document patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
- Advocate for patient safety by identifying risks and implementing preventive measures aligned with infection control and OR safety protocols.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality, safety, and efficiency within the OR.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience required; 1 year of OR experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR charting and standard OR equipment including IV pumps and point-of-care devices.

- Pay range: $35.04–$65.17/hour ($72,883–$135,554 annualized) plus a specialty differential.
