About this role

AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time night-shift ICU Registered Nurse (6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.) at its Davenport, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, following patient-safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required). - Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). - Prior ICU clinical experience. - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53 – $50.40/hr (~$65,582 – $104,832 annually). - Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible). - Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (if eligible). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a community hospital located in Davenport, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
