ER RN, TimberRidge PRN - ER Experience Required

PRN Emergency Department RN role at AdventHealth Timber Ridge, located in Ocala, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in a fast-paced ED environment - Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly - Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established critical care protocols - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, safe patient care - Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in real time within the EMR - Supervise and mentor nursing staff while participating in quality improvement initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an acute-care emergency department - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - EKG knowledge and ability to interpret rhythms appropriate to patient population - Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or TNCC preferred; Cerner or EPIC EMR experience a plus ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24 per hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized) - PRN/per-diem schedule, day shift - Access to AdventHealth's broader benefits ecosystem for eligible team members ### About the practice AdventHealth Timber Ridge is an emergency care facility situated at 9521 SW Highway 200 in Ocala, Florida, operating under the AdventHealth system.
