Advanced Registered Respiratory Therapist Nights

AdventHealth Lake Wales is hiring a full-time Advanced Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shifts at its hospital in Lake Wales, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation, including transport and monitoring of ventilator-dependent patients - Perform airway maintenance procedures including intubation, extubation, suctioning, and tracheostomy tube changes - Deliver inhaled medications, bronchial hygiene therapy, and lung expansion therapy - Perform hemodynamic procedures including arterial cannulation and pulmonary artery catheter insertion - Respond to Code Blue emergencies and provide CPR per American Heart Association guidelines - Assess patients, set care goals, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on individualized plans of care ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science (Bachelor's preferred) - State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license required; active NBRC credential preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - Minimum 1 year of critical care respiratory therapy experience - Proficiency in airway management including endotracheal intubation - Ability to operate advanced ventilation modes including High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation ### What's included - Pay range: $25.16–$46.80/hour ($52,333–$97,344 annualized) - Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $10,000 relocation assistance - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Lake Wales is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
