About this role

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Radiology Technologist at its hospital campus in Celebration, Florida, working a Friday–Sunday 7am–7pm schedule. ### What you'll do - Perform radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients and selecting technical factors to produce high-quality diagnostic images. - Operate and manipulate radiographic equipment safely, following ALARA principles for radiation protection of patients and staff. - Provide direct patient care within the technologist's scope, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patients, and applying infection control techniques. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems with correct patient demographic and examination data. - Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and equipment-checked; notify appropriate personnel when inventory is low. - Cross-train into advanced imaging modalities as departmental needs arise. ### What we're looking for - ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) required. - Florida CRT license required. - BLS/CPR certification required. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 1 year of radiology experience, or recent graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with patients and care teams of diverse backgrounds. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $21.56–$40.09 (approximately $44,845–$83,387 annualized). - $3,750 sign-on bonus; $1,500 relocation bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - CME and career development resources; whole-person well-being and mental health support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based nonprofit health system operating more than 50 hospital campuses across the United States.
