AdventHealth North Pinellas is hosting a hiring event on July 23rd, 2026 (11am–3pm) at its Tarpon Springs, FL campus to fill RN, Patient Care Technician, and Surgery roles across full-time, part-time, and PRN day and night shifts. ### What you'll do - Deliver direct bedside patient care in an acute care setting - Support clinical teams in surgical and medical-surgical units - Monitor patients and document care activities as a PCT or RN - Assist with patient transport, positioning, and activities of daily living - Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain patient safety and comfort ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (for RN roles) or CNA, CPCT/A, or EMT certification (for PCT roles) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - Minimum 1 year of applicable clinical experience - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior acute care bedside experience preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $15.87–$25.38/hr (~$33,010–$52,790 annualized) - Sign-on bonus for qualified positions - Relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan; continuing education opportunities ### About the practice AdventHealth North Pinellas is a faith-based acute care hospital located in Tarpon Springs, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system.
