About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Surgical ICU on a night shift schedule (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) at its Tampa, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, adhering to patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
### What we're looking for
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
- APEX Innovations NIHSS certification (required).
- Experience in a specialty clinical area (preferred).
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
