About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a Manager of Structural Heart to lead Valve Clinic operations and coordinate multidisciplinary care for structural heart patients at its Tampa, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Receive physician referrals, compile clinical data, and assess patient appropriateness for presentation to the multi-specialty structural heart team.
- Manage all Valve Clinic operations, including referral algorithms, health record management, and patient-physician coordination.
- Provide post-TAVR follow-up care at 1-month and 1-year intervals and enter findings into the TVT Registry.
- Coordinate and host weekly multi-specialty team meetings, formulate agendas, and track action items to advance patient care.
- Collect and analyze STS and ACC-NCDR registry data to drive clinical and strategic quality improvements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance and certification renewal for ACC Transcatheter Valve Accreditation standards.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required); Master's degree preferred.
- ACLS certification (required); CCRN or CRNP preferred.
- 3+ years of cardiovascular services experience including teaching and leadership roles.
- Critical care nursing background with operating room or catheterization lab exposure.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics, imaging, and acute-care cardiovascular pharmacology.
