AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a full-time Interventional Neuro Radiology Tech at its Daytona Beach, Florida hospital, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
### What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures, including coronary, electrophysiology, peripheral, and neuro interventions
- Monitor patient hemodynamics, ECG, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry using advanced clinical equipment throughout procedures
- Operate X-ray equipment in compliance with Basic Radiation Safety (ALARA) principles for patients and staff
- Document all procedures accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with department policy
- Orient, train, and supervise new personnel across scrub, record, and circulate positions
- Respond to scheduled emergency calls and participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
### What we're looking for
- Associate degree in Science required; Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare experience; 2+ years in cardiac cath, EP, neurosciences, critical care, or interventional radiology preferred
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- One of the following credentials required: RN, RT(R)(ARRT), RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVIT, Licensed Paramedic, or CST
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiovascular and vascular anatomy, hemodynamic monitoring, and ECG/arrhythmia interpretation
- Ability to independently perform in scrub, record, and circulate roles for diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular cases
