About this role

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Improvement Coordinator for its Emergency Department in Palm Coast, Florida. ### What you'll do - Deliver unit-based staff education on new equipment, medications, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice. - Round on patients as directed by the Nursing Director, providing coaching and guidance to nursing staff to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. - Facilitate onboarding of new ED staff in partnership with the Nurse Manager. - Participate in performance improvement initiatives, including data collection, review, and action planning around clinical key quality indicators. - Provide objective input for staff 90-day and annual performance evaluations. - Conduct peer interviews and solicit team feedback on new technology and implementation ideas. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - Graduate of an approved school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new EMR and software platforms. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.82 – $59.17 (approximately $66,186 – $123,073 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development and continuing education support. - Mental health and whole-person well-being resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Palm Coast is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
