AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department in Palm Coast, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and lifestyle factors for ED patients.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and hospital standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and following infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing stabilizing interventions and maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- TNCC, PEARS, or other emergency-related certifications preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and abstract-reasoning skills with effective written and verbal communication.

- Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually), plus a $10,000 sign-on incentive.
