About this role

AdventHealth Medical Group is hiring a full-time Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join the Pinnacle OB/GYN team in Parker, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Conduct initial intake visits including detailed behavioral health and substance use histories and biopsychosocial assessments. - Apply DSM-5 diagnostic criteria to develop individualized treatment plans for OB/GYN patients. - Deliver brief, structured counseling interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or problem-solving therapy (PST). - Assess and document suicide risk across a diverse patient population. - Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team that includes internal clinical staff and community-based members. - Support whole-person care goals that address the mental health needs of patients across all stages of reproductive life. ### What we're looking for - MSW or related graduate degree in a behavioral health field. - Active Colorado LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure. - Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience delivering behavioral health care in an OB/GYN setting. - Formal training and demonstrated experience with brief, structured counseling modalities (CBT, PST, or equivalent). - Ability to establish rapport quickly with a wide range of patients and work effectively on collaborative care teams. - Competence in independent clinical practice and written/verbal communication. ### What's included - Annual compensation: $67,641–$125,840. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from day one. - 403(b)/457(b) retirement plan with employer match. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Paid time off from day one. - CME allowance. - Life insurance and disability insurance. ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a coalition of over 2,000 physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff spanning nine U.S. states, with an integrated behavioral health program focused on reducing mental health stigma and improving access to whole-person care.
