About this role

A full-time Registered Nurse position in the Heart and Vascular Clinic at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth, located in Hinsdale, Illinois. ### What you'll do - Prepare patients for exams, collect specimens, and escort patients to exam rooms within 15 minutes of arrival - Assist physicians during treatments and procedures and prepare necessary equipment - Perform cardiac device interrogations and EP-related nursing tasks - Provide phone triage, deliver test results to patients, and process prescription refills - Oversee appointment scheduling with priority given to urgent and emergency situations - Maintain quality care standards and efficient patient flow throughout clinic hours ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license [Required] - Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing [Required]; Bachelor's degree [Preferred] - BLS/CPR certification [Required] - Prior EP or cardiac device experience [Strongly Preferred] - 1+ years of professional nursing experience in a physician office setting [Preferred] - 5+ years of RN experience in ICU, ER, CCU, or Cardiology environment [Preferred] ### What's included - Pay range: $33.60–$56.52/hour (~$69,888–$117,562 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is a faith-based health system serving the greater Chicago area, with a Heart and Vascular Clinic at 908 N.
