Patient Transport Aide PRN

A Patient Transport Aide (PRN/day shift) at AdventHealth Littleton provides safe, timely patient transport and supply logistics support across departments at the Littleton, Colorado campus. ### What you'll do - Transport patients safely between departments and assist with discharge transport - Conduct rounds for delivery and pickup of supplies, specimens, records, x-rays, and equipment - Respond promptly to stat calls and fulfill requests from clinical staff - Assist with management of situations involving agitated or violent patients, including take-down support procedures - Stock department supplies, maintain stretchers and wheelchairs in patient-ready condition, and manage oxygen tanks safely - Inform patients of relevant procedures and accompany patients with their valuables and belongings ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Strong organizational and verbal interpersonal skills - Customer-relations aptitude and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions - Basic computer and keyboarding proficiency - BLS/CPR certification (preferred) - Prior experience as a nurse assistant (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $19.00–$28.50 (approximately $39,520–$59,280 annualized) - PRN/per-diem scheduling with day-shift availability - Employment within a mission-driven, faith-based health system ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a large faith-based not-for-profit health system operating hospitals and outpatient facilities across multiple states.
