RN Training Program ICU Vascular Days

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time RN for its ICU Vascular Training Program on the day shift at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess and interpret diagnostic data including lab results, non-invasive monitoring, and interdisciplinary notes to guide nursing interventions - Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented plans of care; evaluate and modify those plans based on ongoing patient assessments - Complete timely holistic assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors - Communicate hand-off information thoroughly to the interdisciplinary team and conduct hourly rounding to support patient experience - Adhere to regulatory standards, infection prevention protocols, and medication safety practices - Participate in practice changes, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing required education aligned with ANA Scope and Standards ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification - EKG competency testing per patient population requirements - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and team-collaboration skills - Effective verbal and written communication with patients, families, and care teams ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits, mental health resources, and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates the Ginsburg Tower on its flagship campus at 601 E.
