About this role

AdventHealth Central Texas is hiring a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Cardiopulmonary Department at its hospital campus in Killeen, Texas. ### What you'll do - Plan, organize, and coordinate Cardiopulmonary Department operations to meet budgetary, productivity, and performance improvement targets. - Ensure adequate staffing through hiring, scheduling, supervising, and assigning duties to trained healthcare providers. - Collect and document quality improvement data and lead all performance improvement activities. - Prepare, analyze, and monitor personnel, operational, and capital budgets in conjunction with the Director. - Conduct routine staff meetings to review progress, discuss problems, and communicate policy and procedure changes. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accrediting body standards, including JCAHO requirements. ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree in respiratory care required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Active Texas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) credential required. - Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. - BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required. - 6+ years of hospital experience required. - 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience required. ### What's included - Pay range: $74,498–$138,552 annually. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one and four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development and whole-person well-being resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Central Texas is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based nonprofit health network committed to whole-person care.
