About this role

AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time RN Transplant Coordinator at its Denver, Colorado hospital campus. ### What you'll do - Coordinate all phases of the transplant process, including pre-transplant workup, UNOS listing, organ placement, and post-transplant follow-up - Provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient transplant settings to ensure continuity across the care continuum - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized transplant care plans - Conduct pre-transplant interviews with prospective patients and families, interpreting eligibility criteria and preparing clinical data - Educate patients and families on all aspects of transplantation and document their comprehension - Maintain accurate, confidential patient records documenting status, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and current BLS certification (required) - Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of acute care or critical care nursing experience (2+ years preferred) - ACLS certification preferred; CCTC (Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator) preferred - Proficiency with EMR platforms; familiarity with UNet and UNOS systems preferred - Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team ### What's included - Salary range: $80,161–$149,111 annually - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Porter is a faith-based acute care hospital located in Denver, Colorado, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care systems in the United States.
