About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a part-time OB Ultrasound Technologist at its Louisville, Colorado facility on Health Park Drive. ### What you'll do - Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations — including OB/GYN, vascular, abdominal, and pediatric studies — in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols. - Position patients accurately, manipulate transducers, and optimize technical factors to acquire diagnostic-quality images, waveforms, and fetal heart rates. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR and PACS systems, completing ultrasound technologist worksheets to support radiologist review and dictation. - Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of patient care. - Explain procedures to patients across all age groups — infant through geriatric — ensuring comfort, cooperation, and privacy throughout each exam. - Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and perform routine equipment safety checks and transducer sterilization. ### What we're looking for - Active ARDMS or ARRT registry in one or more of the following: RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB/GYN, RVT, RVS, RT(VS)(ARRT), RMSKS, RDMS-PS, or RT(BS)(ARRT). - BLS/CPR certification (required at hire). - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Technical/Vocational School completion preferred. - Demonstrated knowledge of ultrasound physics, cross-sectional and vascular anatomy, and Doppler techniques. - Ability to perform ultrasound procedures independently and recognize subtle differences between normal and pathological findings. - 1+ year of ultrasound experience preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $32.53 – $60.50/hour (~$67,662 – $125,840 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states, committed to whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
