About this role
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is hiring a full-time RN Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab at AdventHealth Hinsdale in Hinsdale, Illinois, with oversight extending to the Cath Lab, Cath Lab Holding, and EP units at both Hinsdale and LaGrange Hospitals.
### What you'll do
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified nursing personnel to maintain adequate staffing across Cath Lab and EP units at two hospital campuses.
- Develop and manage the nursing unit budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Deliver ongoing education, training, and orientation programs to build and sustain staff competency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide structured feedback, and document areas for professional development.
- Resolve staff conflicts promptly and cultivate a collaborative, positive work environment.
- Ensure departmental compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and applicable healthcare regulatory standards.
### What we're looking for
- Active RN licensure in Illinois; BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab and EP clinical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Cath Lab and EP leadership experience strongly preferred.

- Base salary range: $84,126–$156,466 annually.
