Registered Nurse PCU/ICU PRN Nights

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a PRN night-shift Registered Nurse for its PCU/ICU unit in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the EMR - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following patient safety and protocol standards - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Prior ICU or PCU clinical experience - Current BLS/CPR certification - Ability to work night shifts on a PRN (as-needed) basis ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (approximately $65,582–$104,832 annualized at full-time equivalent) - PRN scheduling flexibility on night shift - Equal opportunity employer with compliance across federal, state, and local standards ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network committed to whole-person care.
